Shoreline Ocean Beach
Ocean Beach is a short, contained stretch with something happening at each end, which makes it one of the better engravings in the collection. To the north the sand runs out at the San Diego River channel and the jetty, with Dog Beach in the crook of it. To the south the land starts to lift into the cliffs of Point Loma. The pier reaches out from the middle. Three distinct features in a short line means the piece is unmistakable even at ornament size.
OB is bought by locals, more than any other beach in the collection, and it is very often a gift between people who both live there. It also goes out as a leaving gift when someone finally moves off the peninsula.
Engraved and poured by hand in San Diego. Resin needs seven to ten days to cure before it ships, and we do not rush that part.
The set of six coasters is the one piece here you mix: tell us which six coastlines you want and each coaster gets its own. Leave it blank and all six are Ocean Beach. There is no extra charge either way.
